Doesn’t it seem like it is getting easier and easier for viruses to infect your computer? I have a fully functioning virus scan program and firewall protection that I have paid good money for, yet every time I run a scan, I find out my computer has a whole list of Trojan and virus infections. Sometimes, even the scan doesn’t catch them, and I only find out that there is a problem when I think my system is running slowly and check the list of running programs to find the culprit. With so many virus problems out there, I have gotten pretty used to fixing the issues myself. But sometimes a virus or Trojan comes along that is out of my league and I need to call in the pros; an IT support team.

This happened to me a few days ago. I was surfing the internet, and then suddenly I lost complete control of my computer. I disconnected from the internet, but I could not get rid of the virus. This virus scans weren’t finding anything. I had to place a call for information technology consulting help. There has been a lot of uproar over IT relocation to other countries, but I had no issues at all. They remotely accessed my computer and then removed the offending program. They updated all of my virus scan software and they even cleaned up my old registry files so the system works better than ever. With viruses coming in frequently, I need to be able to handle things myself, but it is good to know that there is help there if I need it.
